We're hiring for the position of Group Loan Sales & Collection Customer Service Officer (Field Based Work) 💼

Job Description:

- Identify and form Sangams (JLG, SH) with potential members 📈

- Coordinate with Unit Managers for Sangam formation and growth 🤝

- Add new members to existing Sangams 👥

- Collect installment amounts at regular intervals 💸

- Maintain documentation and reporting as required 📊

Candidate Profile:

- Any Degree, Plus Two or Diploma 🎓

- Willingness to work in the field and be self-motivated 💪

- Passionate about working at the grassroots level 🌿

- Tenth qualified candidates are eligible for entry-level posts 📚

- Age: 20-30 years 👧

- Freshers can apply 🎉

Salary and Benefits:

- CTC: ₹13,500 - ₹21,000 💸

- Travel Allowance: ₹3,000 - ₹6,000 🚗

- Performance-based incentives: up to ₹14,800 📈
