ob description Roles and Responsibilities • The Incumbent should be a Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical / Production Engineering with 5- 12 years of experience in HMC Programming and proving • Should have strong Knowledge in CNC Programming, Cutting tool Selection, Machine parameter selection (Speed & Feed), Process Design and Jigs & Fixture concepts cum designing. • Should be able to read and understand the Engineering drawings, GD&T requirements. • Should have strong working experience in HMC machines • Knowledge in measuring methods and measuring instruments, knowledge of quality tools for process capability study is desired. • Should have through process knowledge to facilitate trouble shooting for the technical problems. • Should have capability to perform continuous improvement to maintain cost saving and cost competitiveness. Should be doing the Preventive Maintenance of the Machines .
