Job Description
- Source new customers for Loan Against Property through direct sales, Branch partners.
- Understand customer requirements and assess financial eligibility.
- Guide customers through the documentation and loan application process.
- Maintain good relationships with customers & Branch and provide post-sales service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for LAP disbursals.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth processing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, and risk guidelines.
