Process Associate

Position Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to manage CCTV alerts and alarms, along with live and playback video monitoring, and to support retail processes. The candidate will ensure 100% adherence to protocols, achieving both individual and process-related performance goals.

Training and Work Schedule:

• First 3 months: Training period with working hours from 6 PM to 6 AM.
• From 4th month onward: Rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage CCTV alerts and alarms in real-time.
• Conduct live video monitoring and review playback footage as required.
• Handle retail processes associated with surveillance.
• Ensure strict adherence to established procedures and protocols.
• Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to overall process efficiency.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, escalating as necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of activities and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in surveillance, security, or a related field are preferred.
• Prior experience in a surveillance or security role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Proficiency in using surveillance software and equipment.
• Ability to work night shifts during the training period and adapt to rotational shifts thereafter.
