Job Description
1.Monitor all incoming, process & final inspection activities.
2. Verification of Raw material and inspection of bought out components
3. Monitor & assist on ongoing Quality Performance of approved suppliers
4. Review of Rejection/Rework data, finalize the disposition
5. Manufacturing Process Designing and development including Process Flow Diagram, Control Plans and Process Standards, and Inspection Standards
6. Production part approval process- Suppliers and customer
7. Training to quality as well as production people to improve the quality & reduce the rejection
8. Control of nonconforming product / process
9. Root cause analysis and corrective & preventive action
10. Customer’s complaint handling and customer returned analysis
11. Manufacturing process audit
