Job Description

  • Designation: Relationship Manager (B2B Sales)
  • Identify and approach potential partners in the region to expand business opportunities.
  • Conduct field visits and client meetings to present company offerings and business models.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations to prospective partners.
  • Manage the complete partner onboarding process, ensuring smooth documentation and activation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular partner visits and engagement activities.
  • Track partner performance and provide necessary support to maximize growth.
  • Gather market insights and competitor information to improve sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed regional sales and acquisition targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or partner acquisition.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits across the region.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
