Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Two-Wheeler Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate our sales team, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in two-wheeler sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive a team to meet and exceed business goals.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and mentor a team of two-wheeler sales executives to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and customer base.
• Monitor team performance, track sales KPIs, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and partners.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure proper reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in two-wheeler sales (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• Prior experience in a team leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of two-wheeler products, features, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and manage a team effectively.
• Result-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is a plus.
