Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Marketing / Service Coordinator to support our marketing activities and coordinate with clients for smooth service delivery. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients regarding marketing services and updates
- Coordinate and allot service for service engineers
- Maintain proper documentation
- Follow up with clients and maintain good relationships
- Manage service schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain records of marketing campaigns and client communications
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up with clients
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
