To provide excellent repair quality by ensuring optimal customer satisfaction which ensures customer retention and enhances the brand image of Chandra. Responsible to achieve the targets of Quick Service, Same Day Delivery of vehicles, Value added services. Ensure to deliver a quality service to the serviced vehicles with no repeat complaints. Inspect vehicles based on observation and mechanical testing and conduct Bumper to Bumper inspection for all the vehicles, if any problem exists escalate the same to the Floor Supervisor. Responsible to handover the Parts claimed on warranty to the Warranty Incharge. To be accountable for the handled vehicle, during the tenure of service if any problem encountered escalate to Floor Supervisor and sort the deviation. Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity, workplace safety and be liable for the Bay and tools provided in the Bay.
