Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers, explain products/services, resolve queries, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

Convert Instagram & Facebook enquiries into sales through effective communication.

Handle incoming DMs, comments, and message enquiries professionally.

Follow up with social media leads and turn them into confirmed customers.

Maintain daily reports of leads received from social media and their conversion status.
