Position: Telecaller

Department: Sales / Customer Support

Location: Coimbatore, Ganapathy

Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, addressing customer queries, and maintaining accurate call records. The role requires good communication skills, customer handling ability, and a positive approach toward achieving targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and explain company products or services.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets on a daily basis.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Provide feedback to the team leader/manager about customer needs or market trends.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Skills & Qualifications:12th / Graduate preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English / Tamil / Hindi (as required).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage.

Salary Range:As per industry standards (adjust based on location/experience).
