Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential candidates for insurance agent positions.

 Explain the role, benefits, and earning opportunities of becoming an insurance

agent.

 Handle inbound queries regarding agent recruitment.

 Generate leads and maintain an updated database of prospective candidates.

 Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews/training sessions.

 Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

 Maintain call records and report to the team leader on progress.

Eligibility & Requirements:

 Minimum 10th Pass (Higher qualification is an added advantage).

 Fresher or up to 1 year of telecalling/telemarketing experience preferred.

 Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

 Basic computer knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.

 Strong convincing ability and positive attitude.

 Willingness to work with targets.
