About the Job: - Sales Consultant improves sales and overall business growth. They have an in-depth understanding of all company services, and the skills and industry knowledge required to sell them. Roles and Responsibilities: - - Be responsible for the entire sales process (end-to-end). - Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients (Workout & Nutrition programs). - Responsible for having complete Product, Pricing and Promotion Knowledge for the membership sales. - Responsible to maintain FC planner using established sales systems. - Responsible for Referral Program, Up selling, and cross selling. - Responsible for making courtesy calls to all new members (3rd, 10th, 30th day) and There after once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members is regular in using our Service. - Plan, set and action the monthly and yearly sales objectives, along with regular-basis tracking and presentation of growth/progress reports. - Work closely with the Management on the strategic initiatives for achieving the organization goals. - Constantly coordinate with the operations team for ensuring proper and complete set-up. Requirements: - Bachelors Degree from reputed institutions. Minimum of 1 – 3 years experience in Sales preferably in Slimming Centers & Gyms. Fresher’s preferred for Sales Associate position Good English speaking along with any of the following regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi) Excellent communication, listening and convincing skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated and aggressive. Strong negotiation skills, closing skills and diligent follow-up skills Attractive Salary along with good incentive schemes. Positions are opened for Hybrid Work Style .
