## Role Overview

As a **Sales Associate**, you will be the face of Home Credit at our partner retail stores (such as mobile and electronics shops) in Dehradun. Your main job is to pitch Home Credit loan options to walk-in customers buying phones, laptops, or home appliances, and guide them through a smooth loan application process.

## Key Responsibilities

 * **Customer Engagement:** Greet walk-in customers at partner retail stores and pitch Home Credit's easy EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) loan options.

 * **Loan Processing:** Check customer eligibility, collect required documents (Aadhaar card, PAN card, etc.), and fill out the loan application using the Home Credit mobile app.

 * **Target Achievement:** Meet daily and monthly sales targets for loan log-ins and disbursements.

 * **Relationship Building:** Maintain a great relationship with store owners and retail staff to ensure Home Credit remains their preferred financing partner.

 * **Customer Service:** Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules clearly to customers to ensure complete transparency.

## What We Are Looking For
