Job Description

  • 1. Store ManagerJob Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations and inventory.
  • Maintain proper stock records of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Handle inward and outward material entries.
  • Monitor stock availability and avoid shortages/excess inventory.
  • Coordinate with production and purchase departments.
  • Maintain GRN, challans, dispatch records, and stock reports.
  • Ensure proper arrangement and cleanliness of store area.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification.
  • Manage staff working in the store department.
  • Requirements:Experience in store/inventory management preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Tally Prime.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle stock efficiently and accurately.
  • Responsible and disciplined attitude.



  • 2. Accounts ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily accounting entries and records.
  • Handle purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
  • Manage GST invoices, e-way bills, and basic taxation work.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
  • Prepare reports for management.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
  • Coordinate with CA/accounting team when required.
  • Requirements:Knowledge of Tally, Busy, or accounting software.
  • Good understanding of GST and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
