1. Develop a sound understanding of the Eye-Q business model 2. Establish a clear understanding of the revenue and collection accounting and align efforts to achive the same in collaboration with centres team and cluster commerical managers (CCM) 3. Complete revenue accounting of all centres of region ( including accounting and reconcilation of revenue , cash collection , debtors , patient advances , lab and referral payments ) on a daily basis 4. Conduct daily huddles to align operation team members and CCM for better records management & execution of transactions 5. Ensure timely maintenance & upkeep of all accounting records 6. Monitor actual revenue collection with reporting collection figures and ensure strict matching of collection. 7. Timly reporting of collection gaps to all centres of region and CCM 8. Timely reporting of all MIS ( daily cash in hand with Centre report , daily Credit sale report , daily pending billing report , daily report of centres not deposit cash ) at centre level 9. Train operation mangers team towards better implementation of company accounting policies , other collegues for team work and align then to brand vales 10. Conduct feedback session with operation team and cluster commercial team to achieve organsation goals by making improvements in existing processes 11. Manage centres complaints / grievances by adopting a professional and sincere approach 12. Support for timely closure of audits ( internal and Statutory) by sharing of documents/reports/ information with in stipulated time period. 13. Support to Finance team regarding accounting software related query like error in accounting , new dimention addition , report development in software etc.
