This must be carried out product wise, brand wise, distributor wise and outlet wise. -Maintaining Distributors Health - Stock turnover ratio, payments in time, sales targets. -Educating the sales team with respect to products, best practices, distributor relationship, promotional schemes etc. -Checking & Verifying claims of Distributors. -Eagle watch on competitor activity & Proposing action plan to beat the same.
