Job Title: B2B Lead Generation & Sales Executive (Freelance)


Company Description

Ekara is a premium handcrafted candle brand specializing in scented candles, luxury gifting, wedding favors, event décor candles, spa candles, and customized corporate gifting solutions.

We are building our B2B sales channel and looking for a proactive sales professional to help us connect with hotels, spas, wedding planners, corporate gifting companies, interior designers, and retail partners across India.

At Ekara, you'll work directly with the founder, take ownership of business growth initiatives, and play a key role in expanding a fast-growing lifestyle brand.


Role Description

This is a freelance, remote B2B Lead Generation & Sales Executive role.

The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads through research, outbound outreach, and follow-ups across channels such as email, phone, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building lead databases, scheduling meetings, nurturing prospects, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial outreach to business opportunity creation.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build databases of potential customers including:

  • Hotels & Resorts
  • Spas & Wellness Centers
  • Wedding Planners
  • Event Management Companies
  • Corporate Gifting Agencies
  • Cafes & Restaurants
  • Interior Designers
  • Gift & Lifestyle Stores

• Research decision-makers and collect relevant contact information

• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls

• Introduce Ekara's products and gifting solutions to prospective customers

• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with the founder

• Maintain lead records and update CRM/Google Sheets regularly

• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships

• Provide weekly reports on outreach activities, meetings, and opportunities generated


Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, business development, telesales, or B2B sales

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups

• Strong market research and prospecting abilities

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools

• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate gifting, hospitality, lifestyle products, FMCG, D2C brands, or B2B sales

• Previous startup or small business experience

• MBA students, fresh graduates, and freelancers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply


Compensation

• Fixed Retainer: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Performance Commission: 10% of first order value from customers acquired through your efforts

• Additional incentives for exceeding targets


Performance Expectations

• Generate 300+ qualified leads per month

• Conduct 500+ outreach attempts per month

• Schedule 10–15 qualified meetings per month

• Generate quotation and sample opportunities

• Maintain accurate CRM records
