Job Description

1.Receive All The Couriers And Short Out Alphabetically In The Pigeon Hole. 2. Check The Stationary And Update/Maintain Stationary Register On Daily Basis 3. All The Internal Shuttle Courier Entrees To Be Done In Registers. 4. All The Couriers To Be Delivered To Payable Department, Coming From Bluedart / Shuttle / Any Other Courier Service. 5. Collect All The Office Courier, Outgoing From The Employees, Payable Teams For Outgoing Purpose And Maintain The Entries In Register And Soft Copy. 6. Handover The Outgoing Couriers To The Courier Boy In The Evening On Daily Basis And Take Acknowledgement. 7. Courier / Post Distribution To Be Done By Calling Employees On Their Mobiles And Emails (Maintain A Register For All Inbound Packets Received). 8. Stationary Management And RIM Management Maintain In Register.
