Roles and Responsibilities • Prepare a wide range of goods such as cakes, pastry, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes. • Create new and exciting desserts to renew to our menu and engage the interest of the customers. • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting • Lead technical / application innovation to support the business /customer needs product category wise. • Learn Product application technology and know how to solve market related issue. • Support and drive the KEY account business growth by understanding their needs and work to fulfil it up. • Organize the Chef training program for Chef Team is define area to implement the idea /concept. • Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently. • Lead the team from front by facilitating them the right kind support and motivation. • Work closely with R&D team to design and develop the new product as per market needs. Desired Candidate Profile • He/ She should be having 08 - 10 years of rich experience as Pastry/ Bakery Chef. • He should be below 45 years of age. • Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management is mandatory. • Having a very good expertise and hands on experience on Chocolate, Pastry, Icings and desserts etc. and its application thereof.
