Job description Knowledge on SRS is mandatory Ø  To understand business needs, collect and analyse requirements for software products and custom solutions. Ø  To author and own various types of Requirements,Functional, Technical and other SDLC, QA and CSV documents. Ø  Identify current and future state of business processes. Ø  Consult on business processes; negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders. Ø  Manage client stakeholders independently and withProject Manager. Ø  Scrum process owner. Ø  Prototyping for proof of concept. Ø  Analytics & dashboards to provide insights& fore-sights. Ø  Facilitate (along with Project Manager) various meetings including functional, technical sessions. Ø  Conduct user reviews, UATs et c. Ø  For internal products, work closely with the Development Team. Ø  Be the guardian of process, requirements and product strategy/vision. Ø  Perform technology assessments including data,security, risk et c. and gap analysis. Ø  Gather and analyse data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize findings, provide thought leadership, develop initiatives and help drive and translate recommendations into results. Ø  Manage operational dashboards to monitor business line performance, analyse the business, provide insights to improve business performance and drive business actions. Ø  Author, manage and deliver executive-level reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews to manage risks and issues and improve team communication and collaboration. Ø  Act and operate as an internal consultant, working directly with multiple stakeholders and management to diagnose issues, resolve them and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize performance. Ø  Lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy. Take complete ownership of projects/programs from ideation to delivery - business case, scope, cost, schedule, action cycles,risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies and milestones. Ø  Create opportunities for synergies across the business ecosystem on topics such as developing business models, organizational design and cross-functional initiatives to drive long term business sustainability.
