Job Description

Job Summary: As a Pre-Sales Caller for our EdTech client, you will be responsible for contacting parents in the United States and booking demo classes to showcase the benefits and features of our client's educational technology platform. Your primary objective will be to generate leads by effectively communicating the value proposition of the product and addressing any queries or concerns the parents may have.


Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to parents in the United States, using a provided script and contact list.

2. Introduce the EdTech product to parents, highlighting its features, benefits, and how it can enhance their child's learning experience.

3. Effectively communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages of the EdTech platform, addressing any questions or objections raised by parents.

4. Schedule demo classes for interested parents, ensuring the appointment is confirmed and properly documented.

5. Gather necessary details from parents during the call, such as contact information, preferences, and requirements, and enter the data accurately into the lead management system.

6. Follow up with parents who have shown interest but have not scheduled a demo class, nurturing the relationship and addressing any concerns.

7. Maintain a strong understanding of the EdTech product, its updates, and the competitive landscape to effectively address parents' inquiries.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide insights on customer preferences and trends.

9. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and demo class bookings.

10. Continuously update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with parents in the CRM system.


Requirements:

1. Proven experience in outbound calling or telesales, preferably in the education or technology sector.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural ability to engage and build rapport with parents.

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to address objections and convince parents of the product's value.

4. Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed performance metrics.

5. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data entry and management.

6. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.

7. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. A passion for education and a genuine interest in helping parents make informed decisions for their children's learning.

9. Flexibility to work in different time zones to accommodate US calling hours.

10. High school diploma or equivalent qualification; bachelor's degree is a plus
