Business Development Manager is one who is responsible for team meetings with Corporate Admin and purchase heads and generating revenues for the company. Responsibility Deliverable 1. Data sourcing & management 2. Sales meetings 3. Sales proposal 4. Negotiation 5. Sales conversion 6. Team Management Tasks & Activities Sales Meetings  Preparing for meetings through structured research about target client  Having effective sales meetings for the sales team  Making sure team succeeds Sales proposal  Presenting to be made based on client requirements  Coordinate with operations team to make sure of deployment.  Ensuring team write emails professionally to share company profile or any information the prospective client seeks about the company Sales Negotiation & Sales Conversion  Negotiate win win deals  Ensure profitability of at least 10%  Try for bundled services.  Cross sale Client Coordination  Help in resolving any issues which client may be having. Data Sourcing and Management  Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Fundoodata, Google search of the decision makers from the procurement and Admin departments of companies.  Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization Competencies we are looking for...
