Job Description: Business Development Manager
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Flexible (requires travel across India and possibly international locations)
Reports To: Senior Management
- Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Market Research
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for BSSCL.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients, sponsors, and franchise owners.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, potential sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Present BSSCL's offerings to prospective clients and partners, including sponsorship opportunities, franchise ownership, and marketing collaboration.
- Travel for Business Development
- Travel extensively for client meetings, partnership discussions, and market outreach campaigns.
- Attend conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to represent BSSCL and its initiatives.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business proposals to potential partners and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with stakeholders.
- Brand Promotion & Awareness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for BSSCL.
- Actively participate in social media and offline campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Performance Reporting
- Track and report on business development activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Desired Candidate Profile:Gender Preference: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Personality Traits: Outgoing, persuasive, professional, and self-motivated.
- Additional Skills:Passion for sports, especially cricket, is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with sponsorship and event management is desirable.
