Job Description Business Development Profile We are looking for experienced sales executives, business developers who have an ability to do concept selling to local traders/distributors and manufacturers and can create vendors/sellers for ecommerce marketplaces. Key Skills: Direct Sales, Concept Selling, Ad Sales, Ecommerce, Insurance Sales, Business Development Executive, Space Selling, Business Development Manager Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Developing and implementing ideas for the marketing and sales. • Generating New Customer and follow up with existing clients in domestic market. • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business; • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. • Identify opportunities and effective ways to increase sales. • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships. • Researching organizations and individuals online & offline to identify new leads and potential new markets. • Launching or making people aware of the new products or services. • Contacting potential clients/sellers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events • Prepare presentations for the company that can be present at the review meetings and sellers etc. • Should be very good in identifying and getting as many Sales Leads as possible. • Pitching services to sellers. • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers/sellers. • Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with their clients/sellers. • It also includes the creation of power point presentation. • Needs to negotiate or renegotiate on the prices over a telephonic conversation or by dropping an email or meeting in person. • Develop quotes and proposals and also create sales goals for the team and make sure that they are met. • Writing reports and also providing feedbacks at regular intervals to the higher management about how exactly is running currently and also make them aware of the whereabouts. Skills & Eligibility Requirement: • Should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in B2B, B2C, Concept Selling, Software Selling Etc. • Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power. • Can effectively explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits. • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. • Marketing skills: ability to pitch your company and its services to clients is important for this role Possession of critical thinking skills • Developing and implementing ideas for the marketing and sales. • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. • Has a good understanding of the online/ecommerce industry. • Generating New Customer and follow up with existing clients in domestic market. • Ability work under extremely pressured condition and produce required result • Possess effective leadership skills to be able to get a team of employees to achieve set goals • Ability to meet targets and deadlines • Ability to approach work with a high level of professionalism • Result driven individual with the ability to manage stress effectively • Possess strong project management skills • Time management skills; and the ability to prioritize tasks • Effective presentation skills: ability to make presentations that will trigger sales and business relationships • Excellent communication skills to be able to interact both verbally and in writing with employees, staff, and management without being misunderstood • Ability to pay attention to details and adhere to instructions from superiors • Possess flexibility in scheduling tasks, and the ability to multi-task without running into error Prior Experience and skills: • Education: - Graduate/Post Graduate • Experience: - 0-2 years in Sales or Marketing • Preferred experience: Retail, Ecommerce, B2B, B2C, Banking, FMCG, Insurance, Media. • Operational Skills: - MS Office, Internet, PPT, Excel.
