You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Source new sales opportunities through following up with the existing clients and outbound calls and e-mails. Understand/ Generate customer needs and requirements. Close sales and achieve monthly targets. Perform effective online demos to prospects. Build rapport with customers through friendly & engaging communications. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Proven Inside Sales/ Tele Sales experience Track record of over-achieving sales target Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience working with CRM tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories Self-motivated and Self-directed Knowledge of Sales process from initiation to close
