Responsibilities of candidate includes: • Closely work with senior management in defining annual sales strategy; and share monthly / quarterly Plan of Action (POA) to achieve targeted revenues • Continuously keep adding new potential buyers / portfolios and generate sales orders • Penetrate B2B and Institutional market in the designated region; and spread brand’s footprints • Directly responsible to meet & exceed revenue targets and increase market share percentage • Responsible to manage and lead the product, product range and supplier relationships • Build a strong network of partners to supply FMCG goods and commodities within the designated region • Manage sales operations and maintain a strong relationship & reputation with buyers • Co-ordinate all operational activities with cross functional stakeholders and ensure service/delivery as per contracts & timelines • Candidate should be aware about market trends, price and cost mechanics of channel
