Centre Head for Starling Mall Noida

Experience –

min 10 years working experience in public dealing companies, preferably in Shopping Centre/ Mall / any facility management and any other service industry.


Job Description –

Head the Retail and other Facilities, Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants. Responsibilities include directing staff, collecting rent from tenants on monthly basis, solving complaints of tenants, and Preparing Financial reports / Maintenance reports

Monitor and control operating expenses and ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors.

Ensure the guest complaints and concerns are handled in an efficient and timely manner. Arrangement of functions which includes planning, organizing, leading and controlling.
