Should be well versed with the current provisions of Income Tax. GST, TDS, and Companies Act. JOB DESCRIPTION:- Be able to work in a team and get work done from supporting staff. Be able to prepare and file all tax returns, GST returns, and TDS returns. Work closely with the tax department to ensure performance of tax planning, client interaction and special projects Collaborate with staff on income tax preparation and planning Represent clients for Audits and others Review completed tax forms and provide recommendations to junior members of our team when needed Research and resolve tax and accounting issues affecting our firm Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service Auditing and analysing financial performance Financial forcasting and risk analysis and Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits. Reviewing Budgeting & Variance analysis of financial data on monthly basis Perparing projection & do the analysis of expension proposals. Ensuring timely recocilation of Banks & vendors. Coordinating with auditors for audit & solving the query of the auditor Sharing Monthly ,Quarterly &yearly MIS & financial statements of the Company.
