Job Description ● To achieve the target sales that are communicated from time to time. ● To be present in allocated venues everyday responsible for coordinating and leading virtual or in-person events and meeting elite business clients and generating sales on table with membership booking. ● To enter the leads generated from the field and to fill the activities carried out in the field daily in CRM. ● To project an appropriate image of the company in the field. ● To inform all activities happening in the field such as competitor activities and market feedback to Centre Head. ● Any other work as assigned by the superior from time to time ● Providing client service to existing customers. They are required to manage all aspects of customer relationships ● Corporate sales to get premium and HNI clients ● Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide their choices ● Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients ● Manage Inbound and Outbound Sales. Desired Candidature ● Communication skills ( Regional Language with Basic English) ● Pleasing and positive attitude ● Confidence and Presentation skills ● Analysing skills ● Good sales and negotiation skills ● Experienced Graduates/ Post Graduates in any discipline and with inclination towards sales and marketing to develop their career in the hospitality industry NOTE :- Preference Candidate how had worked or Qualified in Hospitality /Travel & Tourism industry Working Hours 2 pm ( noon) to 11 pm , No Weekend off ,in a one month 4 days allowing to take off
