Job Responsibilities: 1. Follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services sold to customers. 2. Proactively offering ideas and insights to resolve customers' issues and challenges. 3. Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company. 4. Analyzing the needs and requirements of each client and taking the action accordingly. 5. Keeping proper track of Clients’ Queries and ensuring that they get resolved on time. 6. Ensuring that Clients make payment on time and the same is reported to the concerned departments. 7. Ensuring that the database is maintained properly to avoid inconvenience during communication and seeking relevant information related to the client. 8. Coordinating with various Developers so that related CRM activities are carried out effectively. 9. Coordinating with Sales Team and clients to resolve issues related to their investments. 10. Maintaining all MIS related to client payments and investments. 11. Becoming the communication channel between the client and principal company where the client holds his investments. 12. Periodically updating the client on his current investments and pay dues. 13. Assisting them in filing their taxes. 14. Ensuring Assured Returns are credited to Clients’ Accounts on time. 15. Ensuring that Clients make payment on time and same is updated in builders’ records. 16. Ensuring that Builder Buyer Agreements are prepared and executed on time. 17. Ensuring that Assured Returns’ cheques are deposited into the Client’s account on time. 18. Ensuring that information in every communication/mail is 100% true and error-free. 19. Wishing the Clients on their Birthday and Festivals.
