Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive (CRE) who can handle customer communication, solve client queries, maintain strong relationships with customers, and provide proper support regarding company products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing and new customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide proper solutions.
- Coordinate with sales and technical departments for customer support.
- Maintain customer records and update data regularly.
- Provide product/service information to clients.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments, feedback, and service updates.
- Prepare daily work reports and updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive client experience.
