Job Description
We are looking for Client relations managers who are typically responsible for making sure clients are happy with the service the company is providing them. Client relations managers are professionals who work to build, maintain and strengthen a company's relationship with a client. They work with clients to build strategies to overcome any challenges their business may face. They communicate with clients to better understand what goals they aim to accomplish and demonstrate how their company's product or service can help them meet these objectives and benefit their business. To maintain this strong client relationship, the client relations manager must consistently work to ensure they satisfy the client. Responsibilities -Serving as the main point of contact between clients and employees -Learning the needs of clients and developing plans to meet them -Regularly checking in on clients to ensure they're satisfied with the company -Addressing any concerns or issues a client may have and working with account managers or leadership to resolve them -Presenting the client with a contract and setting any terms as agreed upon by both the company and client -Researching competitors and learning how to stay ahead of the competition to recruit and keep new customers -Collaborating closely with other departments to build strategies that ensure they satisfy clients with the company's product or service Skills Required- -Verbal and written communication skills to call, email, and meet with clients -Negotiation skills when presenting clients with a contract and establishing terms -Advanced customer service skills to remain personable with clients to build relationships and establish yourself as a reliable source for the client to turn to with any questions or concerns -Team building and collaboration abilities when working with other departments to develop strategies that benefit clients -Strong problem-solving skills to help clients overcome any obstacles and develop solutions that enhance the clients' efficiency and productivity PLEASE NOTE: - We don't take any charge if you are not interested in this job, then refer to any needed person.)
