Job Description
- Handle collections for accounts overdue by 3+ months.
- Follow up with customers through calls, field visits, and recovery meetings.
- Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely recovery of dues.
- Maintain collection records and update MIS/reporting systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account settlements.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.
