5+ years’ experience writing software documentation in an Agile environment Knowledge and experience with industry-standard tools for content creation, management, and publishing, including XML editors and content management applications, DITA Strong technical background, ideally in the Cloud products and SaaS concepts Proven ability to write technical documentation in English(must provide samples) Familiarity with the concepts and practice of structured writing, single-sourcing, task-based content, and minimalist writing Experience documenting APIs, SDKs, and other development-driven sources Sound investigative skills, with the ability to understand the audiences needs and provide the information most important to them Experience in writing AWS Infra and root cause analysis, SOP etc.
