Job Description

Position: Content Writer This position is 5.5 days working. First and Third Saturdays are off, the rest of the Saturdays are normal working days. We are looking for a Content Strategist and Writer who has experience in creating content for branding and digital marketing, and an ability to stay up to date with the latest trends. He/she will be responsible for creating and improving content across our business verticals. Content Writer Responsibilities: • Writing and editing all the content for our content marketing efforts, as well as for all brand assets not limited to website, article writing, website blog writing, social media handles and PR content. • Coming up with catchy topics for long-form content (non-technical) for the blog, and writing engaging content. Distributing and amplifying the reach of the blogs. • Working with relevant teams and partners to research/industry reports being generated as part of content marketing & PR efforts. • Adhere to SEO and other guidelines while formulating the content. • Devising niche, crisp, catchy and compelling content across all touch points. • Making sure the content is plagiarism free and inclined with the brand guidelines. • Making sure the content is precise before prevalence anywhere. Content Writer Requirements: • Masters in English is a Mandate • Proven experience in content writer/copywriter role (2 Years). • Writing in the HR field or L&D field will be an advantage • Familiarity with software like Microsoft Office, Google Docs and other tools which are inclined to content like plagiarism checker etc. • Strong presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills - comfortable directing projects and taking on new tasks. • Proven ability to follow style guidelines • Impeccable spelling and grammar skills. • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role.
