Should have knowledge of all menu items and learn how to follow recipe Assembling an Idli Tray, Steaming and serving soft fresh Idlis Mixing Vada Batter and Frying 60gm Vadas Learn how to make all varieties of Dosa Learn all range Items and have the recipe on their fingertips Learn how to use the grinder, Planetary Mixer and Chopping Machine Inform the Team member in the kitchen responsible for inventory inputs if there are any changes in recipe Follow the Dosa Coffee Operations App and see responsibilities and go through the Checklist Filling in Indenting Sheet, MFG sheet and tracking of wastages At all times maintaining FIFO in the Kitchen Prep Pre Opening and clean Post Closing of the store Clean the Exhaust Grills once a week Cleaning of the food preparation equipment, Kitchen utensils, floor mopping and other kitchen tools or areas .Also help with Kitchen and Restaurant deep Cleaning Once a week Train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.
