Responsibilities & Duties • Assess training needs through employee’s interactions, focus groups, or consultation with team. • Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and Career Preparatory Program for employees • Offer specific training programs to help employees maintain or improve employability skills. • Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures, computer based training software. • Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials. • Ensuring successful delivery of the Career Preparatory Program and monitoring the performance of the employees. • Engage and build long term relationships with employees. • Expert in conducting training various activities and events. • Counseling and motivating the employees. Trainer Requirements • Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position • Strict adherence of company mission & policies • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management. • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently. • Excellent team building, leadership and management skills. • Able to analyze problem and strategize for better solutions Job Type: Full-time Job Location: B-58, 2nd Floor, Sector 64, Noida Salary: 18K - 25K in hand.
