Job Description 2: Credit Assessment Executive – B4Salary (Freshers & Experienced)

Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for Credit Assessment Executives who can evaluate customer profiles, analyze documents, assess risk, and support loan approval processes.

This role is ideal for freshers who want to start a career in fintech or experienced candidates who want fast growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing customer applications, KYC documents & financial information

• Performing basic credit checks and risk assessment

• Coordinating with internal teams for approvals

• Ensuring compliance with RBI digital lending guidelines

• Identifying fraud signals or mismatches

• Maintaining accurate records in CRM / LOS dashboard

• Ensuring fast, accurate, and compliant assessment

• Freshers with strong analytical & logical thinking

• Candidates with experience in NBFC / fintech / loan underwriting

• Good knowledge of KYC, loan documents, or financial statements (preferred)

• Excellent communication & attention to detail
