Work Location – Moti Nagar Process: Chat (50%) + voice (50%) Working window will be Rotational (24*7) Rs. 17,295 CTC Rs. 15000 Take Home + Rs. 300 (Internet Charges) + Rs. 3800 (Quarterly Bonus, paid every 4th month) BASIC REQUIREMENTS: a) Quickly address customer inquiries via Chat other online methods using excellent interpersonal skills b) Skilled at handling multiple issues, to efficiently prioritize and solve large number of inquiries c) Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets d) Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals who can understand the importance of great customer service e) Maintains composure and patience with customers f) Punctual and professional with a project management mindset and can-do attitude g) Candidate must flexible for 24/7,as per the process requirement. h) Typing speed should be 30WPM with 90% accuracy. i) Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters j) Excellent communication (written and verbal)and presentation skills k) Both Graduate and undergraduate can be considered
