Job Description

Responsibilities: Customer Support II Problem Solving • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries • Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation 1. Candidates must have Fluent English language communication skills. 2. Candidates must have 1 Year of Experience in customer service. 3. Candidates' age's must be between 20 to 30 yrs (for executives). 4. Interview 1 round consultant will do screening, 2nd round - client at office on zoom then 3rd round will happen once we have 70 agents altogether. 5. Shift 6 days working on Mon-Sat (Sunday fixed off ) & Timing 10:00 Am From 7:00 Pm. 6. Candidate's Salary between 15K To 20K Maximum. 7. Candidates must have knowledge of computers. Note:- Required Only Experience Candidates.
