About the RoleWe are looking for a single-person powerhouse — someone who is both creative and analytical, and thrives on building and scaling digital presence end-to-end. This role requires someone who can think beyond conventional marketing, conceptualize strategies independently, execute campaigns hands-on, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

If you can design a landing page in the morning, optimize SEO after lunch, run paid campaigns in the evening, and still extract insights to improve conversions — you’re the type we’re looking for.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about lead generation (organic & inorganic), brand positioning, creative storytelling, and digital execution across multiple media formats.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Digital Strategy & Growth ExecutionBuild and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Own the entire digital funnel — awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Plan and execute both organic and paid lead generation across multiple channels.
  • 2. Website Design & OptimizationCreate, maintain, and optimize high-performance websites and landing pages using Wix Studio, WordPress, Webflow or similar platforms.
  • Ensure strong UI/UX, high-speed performance, and conversion-driven layouts.
  • Implement heatmaps, A/B testing, user journey flow, and performance analytics.
  • 3. SEO & Content OptimizationLead and execute on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, schema markup, and backlink outreach.
  • Track and report ranking improvements, traffic growth, and conversion impact.
  • 4. Paid Advertising & Campaign ManagementPlan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns and remarketing strategies.
  • Build landing pages, ad creatives, tracking frameworks, and conversion pipelines.
  • Optimize CAC, ROAS, and campaign performance continuously.
  • 5. Social Media & Brand GrowthDevelop content calendars, storytelling angles, viral content hooks, and visual branding.
  • Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Drive meaningful engagement, community building, and audience expansion.
  • 6. Graphic Design & Creative ProductionDesign visually compelling assets:
  • banners, creatives, presentations, brochures, explainer visuals, reels, video snippets, and motion graphics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • 7. Email Marketing & AutomationCreate drip workflows, newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, and re-engagement journeys.
  • Manage email deliverability, segmentation, templates, and campaign analytics.
  • 8. Reporting & Performance IntelligenceTrack KPIs using GA4, CRM Insights, Paid Ad dashboards, and automation tools.
  • Present weekly/monthly insights with actionable improvement plans.
  • Required Skills & Experience3–7 years hands-on experience handling end-to-end digital marketing independently.
  • Strong design skills using Adobe Suite / Canva / Figma.
  • Expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC) and performance marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling capability — both long and short format.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically — no task is “too big” or “too small”.
