We are now hiring a marketing specialist who can run both digital marketing + performance marketing independently with a strong focus on lead generation at low CPL.

🎯 Role Overview

This is a dual-role position where one talented professional will handle:

✔ Digital Marketing

✔ Performance Marketing

✔ Lead Generation

✔ Analytics & Optimization

Your main responsibility: Generate high-quality lending leads at the lowest possible cost (CPL).

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Run paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads & Display Network
• Optimize CPL, CPA & ROI using data-driven decisions
• Perform continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences & landing pages
• Track daily campaign performance and implement rapid improvements
• Set up tracking events, pixels, UTMs & conversion funnels

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Plan & execute organic + paid digital growth strategies
• Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives & marketing content
• Work on SEO basics for better ranking & lead funnel performance
• Analyze audience behavior & build targeted marketing communication

Fintech/NBFC-Focused Work

• Run lead-generation campaigns for loan products
• Ensure compliance with RBI digital lending regulations
• Maintain high-quality leads to support Credit & Sales teams

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing
• Strong experience in lead generation campaigns
• Ability to reduce cost per lead & increase conversion quality
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads & analytics tools
• Experience in NBFC/Fintech/BFSI sector is a strong plus
• Data-driven mindset & strong analytical approach
• Ability to handle full campaign ownership independently

• Landing page optimization (CRO)
• CRM integration, Zapier/Webhook automation
• Understanding of marketing funnels & attribution models
• Basic creative editing (Canva/Video editing tools)
