We have an Urgent Opening for Key Account Mananger Job Description: • Be the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for the clients. • To understand their requirements. • Regular follow-ups with clients and sending them updates and reports related to their projects. • To manage the projects internally for the clients, get things done yourself, and get the work done from the team. • Creative Management-To review designed creatives and give feedback or suggestions. • To ensure that project completes on time, with quality, and within budget as per client expectations. • To get the UAT / feedback and approval from the client on the project. • To manage day-to-day relationships with the clients and to provide resolution of issues if any. • To manage the resources to get the projects completes within the deadline. • Responsible for an end to end engagement from inception to the closure of the project Skills Required • Good Communication and Marketing skills to keep healthy relations with new and existing clients on chat/phone/emails. • Knowledge of the industry’s current and trending subjects on the Web. • Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Digital Marketing & WebAccount Manager • Strong project management skills. • Ability to keep attention to detail.
