Food and Beverage Service: Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring they meet quality and presentation standards. Knowledge of Menu: Have a thorough understanding of the restaurant's menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their choices and answer questions. Upselling and Recommending: Suggest additional menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Table Maintenance: Continuously monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables, including refilling water glasses and clearing empty dishes. Handling Payments: Process guest payments accurately, handle cash transactions, and provide change when necessary. Maintain a secure cash register and follow all cash-handling procedures.
