Content Optimization & Optimizing Listings as per Flipkart / Amazon SEO standards. A+ Content Creation & EBC Enhanced Brand Content. Variation Content Creation. Submitting Cases for Feedback Removal, Products & other issues. Managing Inventory and Sales reports. Handling the paid advertising campaigns/sponsored ads on the marketplaces. Handling product listings, promotions, deals, discounts & day-to-day operational issues on Amazon. Good knowledge of Flipkart, Amazon & other e-commerce portals. Strong command over Microsoft Excel. Return product Claim for any wrong / damage/ missing part/ empty box on direct portal Reconciliation sheet overview and reply to our accounts team / invoicing team for any concern related to order - dispatch - return. Raise request for CN against the product received in warehouse. 3) Inventory management exclusive online : Inventory Recon on daily basis for Daily Issued Material from Master warehouse. Inventory full Reconciliation twice in month. Daily or on the basis of requirement , manage stock transfer requests. 4) Administration management exclusive online operation: Responsible for Online packaging record and availability like carton boxes, tape , labels, Bubble sheets , etc. Vendor follow-up for Online packaging like PO request, Invoice submission , Invoice Payment follow-up etc. Monitor the physical working status of CCTV , Computer , Record keeping both Hard copy and soft copies.
