Roles and Responsibilities • Will be responsible for managing & driving the online business on Flipkart, Amazon and other marketplaces. • Will be responsible for uploading new Listings, editing existing listings, order processing, solving listing related problems on marketplaces on daily basis and ensuring catalogue hygiene. • Fixation of Stranded & Suppressed Listings. • Content Optimization & Optimizing Listings as per Flipkart / Amazon SEO standards. • A+ Content Creation & EBC Enhanced Brand Content. • Responsible for ASIN / FSN Reinstatement. • Variation Content Creation. • Submitting Cases for Feedback Removal, Products & other issues. • Managing Inventory and Sales reports. • Handling the paid advertising campaigns/sponsored ads on the marketplaces. • Will be responsible for handling product listings, promotions, deals, discounts & day-to-day operational issues on Amazon. Desired Candidate Profile • Good knowledge of Flipkart, Amazon & other e-commerce portals. • The candidate should have an experience working with an e-commerce firm. • Strong command over Microsoft Excel. • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. • Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
