Job Description : We are hiring an Education Counselor to handle student inquiries, provide course information, and convert leads into admissions. This is a target-based sales role. The candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and a passion for helping students choose the right course.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and make outbound calls to students.
• Explain courses, fees, and career opportunities.
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain follow-ups and update details in the CRM.
• Guide students through the admission and payment process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in sales/admissions/counseling.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and disciplined.
