Company’s Profile: Roles and Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot various problems of SMSC - Work on internal as well as external connectivity of SMSC servers - Monitoring various alarms on SMSC (SMPP) server (VAS Engineer) & Voice (SIP) Server. - Work on analysis of various issues that come on routine basis on the SMSC - Configure new interconnects using SMPP, HTTP & other protocols - Test for various SMS flow scenarios such as A2P, P2A, long codes & short codes - Knowledge about SPAM filtering GW - Monitoring of Quality of Service of customer's SMS traffic on daily basis - Test for various SIP (VoIP) traffic for Product - DID, ITFS, Toll-Free, Two-Way Voice. Skills Required: -Candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in the Network Operations Centre with working knowledge of SMS hub. - Understanding of A2P SMS & various protocols is a must.
