- 2. Essential AssetsTwo-Wheeler: Having your own bike or scooter is almost mandatory, as the job requires a lot of traveling for field work.
- Driving License: A valid driving license and proper vehicle documents are required.
- Smartphone: An active Android or iOS phone with an internet connection. This is essential for using delivery apps, Google Maps, and company applications.
- 3. Key SkillsLocality Knowledge: A good understanding of the routes and shortcuts in the area you are working in.
- Communication Skills: Ability to speak politely and interact well with customers.
- Language: Knowledge of the regional language is required. Basic English reading skills are necessary to understand addresses and parcel names.
